After deciding to purchase a new car I went into my Halifax branch to transfer money from my isa to my account, and that very nice lady behind the counter said with a big smile that will cost you £45.41 pence thank you.
That upset me so much that I have decided to transfer my account to 
BARCLAYS/LLOYDS/SANTANDER/ or anybody else just to get the hell away from the Halifax.

     THANK YOU FROM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.
