Contacted the branch but informed that they were busy. Stated that they would return my call by end of the day. Lost hope after closing time but staff stayed on to return my call. Pleasant member of staff made suitable arrangements and adviced me. Happy now.

We came into branch last week to arrange an appointment to transfer our account to you this was made for today Monday 2pm we arrived a little early to be told our appointment had been cancelled.When this was arranged we made sure you had all of the correct bank details, we were told that we were uable to be contacted, we have been at home all day and no one has tried to  contact us. a round trip of eight miles the parking and time wasted is unacceptable.
