The staff at Lower pavement more friendly and helpful than the other branch.
Walked into town 4 times in the last two weeks to pay a cheque in. Every time the ATM is not working. Lower Pavements has been the same too. This is not unusual either.
The bank is open limited hours. Staff are very helpful in these strange times. My thanks to all bank staff.
Very rude. Oldish lady with white hair and glasses on the help and advise desk. Lady was telling me to get off my phone
Booked appointment for 11am. Been served at 11:15 and told that can't make it before 12. Horrible, slow service
Helpful with good facilities although no free parking
Bad customer service rude staff very unhelpful go to the lowere pavements one instead
