Best branch ,always helpful and supporting as compare to manchester city centre branch ,city is worst
Shocking I have to drive to Salford when they have shut the Swinton one and Walkden doesn't open Sat to remove a person's name so I can switch accounts to another provider well done Halifax
Went in this morning to to activate an old account, staff were very helpful and polite, & best thing about this branch u can use the car park right outside the bank, and it’s free parking up to 3 hours
Everytime I've been to this branch the staff have always been very pleasant and helpful.Ihave banked at this branch for many years and never had any issues. Well done
Visited during advertised open hours on 15/10/2022 there was a sign outside saying it was closed from 14/10/2022 due to unforeseen circumstances, I can’t find any information about new opening times on the Halifax website which was unhelpful and claims it is open. A lack of easily accessible branches, short opening times and extremely limited opening hours particularly in non-working hours make this very unhelpful for things that can't be done online.
Really rude staff the cashier is ok but the lady was extremely rude even when I came out from the bank I said thanks she even not reply me rude people
Very rude and arrogant the person at the cashier. All because I didn't unlock my pin where I got my new bank card. Where in the past you didn't had to. I'll go somewhere else
I understand there are restrictions in place but there is no excuse for bad manners, I was asked why I was visiting which was to make a deposit so then told to go straight to the top of the store, there was an elderly gentleman in front of me at the counter, the assistant told him he needed to use internet banking and shouldn’t be coming to store, I can only imagine how he must have felt to be told off for wanting to pay a bill and obviously not using online banking, he left humiliated Then it was my turn to pay cash in, I was greeted with why haven’t you used the machine, I told her I wasn’t offered the option and told to come straight to her, it resulted in her colleague apologising for not letting me use the machine to pay money in as there was a customer already there, she was observing the 2 metre guidelines This lady is obviously unhappy in her job so why doesn’t she just leave and let someone with compassion take her position instead of making us feel uncomfortable banking with the Halifax
I visited the store on friday 5th march lindsay helped me with my problem she was fantastic helpful in everyway will definitely recommend this branch if you have a problem great staff
Always busy, normally only 1 cashier on. Other staff on the customer side with ipads to help with the queue of people but they would be better on the other side st tills.
