6-7 employees on the bank floor, yet only 1 on the till and that 1 was with a customer over 20mins. Standing in the queue for about 40-50min when according to Google is meant to be less busy! Bad management, time when the other staff are just standing around with an ipad, why can't someone jump on the tills to help, why 2-3 on the advice desk yet only 1 on the tills is beyond stupid!
Queues coming out the door and only 2 staff on the tills. Why cant you just serve the customers. 45 min wait
The place needs a manager who knows what are the staff doing. The staff is doing stuff behind management and upset customers. What ever service I request from this branch they give me excuse say this branch don't do it. Even its been confirmed by head office this branch offers same service as any other Halifax branch. Bit of advice to all Halifax customers when you go to this branch and its busy then the staff turns you away giving excuse say they can't do it cos it busy or say this branch don't offer this such of service just tell them it's their job can't turn customers away like they did to me. Turn me away when I was at branch and turn me away when I did online request through their head office. I put a complaint through Halifax about this branch how they work and how they turn customers away the reply I got from the branch is not a manager its some one else not a manager??? This branch needs re management. There is a staff called Nisha turn me away loads if times and mistaken me for someone else, her quote I told you that yesterday I'm like yesterday? This is my first time to visit the branch of the week how can you tell me something when I wasn't there yesterday, she might be long service staff but her attitude towards chinese customers need to be addressed as this can be racism. Halifax say they offer extra mile to help customers this branch offers extra mile to turn customers away.

Unfortunately this is not anymore the bank of the original bank after Lloyd's Bank owned this is now not the good bank that was before, soon I will close the account I had enough! I do not recommend!
absolutely woeful service!!!! opened an account for my 13 year old daughter online and had to go in a branch to provide i.d... not once but twice they lost the photocopies and denied any knowledge we even showed up. even though I had the name of the person that dealt with us when I ring to see what went wrong nobody calls me back and seem to get passed from pillar to post so I went to another bank in the end..
Nobody ever picks up the phone lines. You call customer service they also can't get in contact with them. Ridiculous they pass you the number yet nobody picks up. Been 2 3 weeks we still have not recieved our bank card.
Went to the bank three times could not get in due to the long line of customers. I understand this is a diffcult time but banks should have handled the situation better. They are essential to maintaining our livelihoods.
Dealt with a lovely man called Luis he made sure we was happy and helped us a lot, very happy with the service and level of care while switching my boy friends account would recommend 100%. 10 out of 10
Minimum 30 min wait to speak to someone, never seem to have enough staff. Need to book morning off work in planning on going into this halifax
