I had the pleasure of dealing with the Halifax this morning to sort my accounts out. I really needed some good advice on the way forward and I was given an appointment with Catherine, she was very patient and thorough. Everything was sorted with no fuss and I would like to say via this means that Catherine is a great ambassador for this Halifax branch. Thank you.
Had to go into the branch 2 times so far to transfer out a Junior ISA and need to go again, won't deal with account over the phone. Terrible service and bank, never dealing with again. I was warned by my wife, who had similar experience regarding her mortgage
Just popped into Halifax and the young girl on the 1st deck was very helpful sorry didnt catch her name I was concerns about a payment going out I did not recognise. She did some research for me and gave me some additional advice and numbers. I made a call and have figured it. All is now good. Thank you young lady :
Very helpful and polite and I would recommend this branch If u want the best outcome no problem with help and fast do it to thank you to young male assistant who was polite and chatable and friendly he cheer my day up after the neath brench rued my day
Went to this branch to sort out my mortgage. The service I received was excellent. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Appalling bank staff, armature and very pompous. Very poor service especially when handling large amounts of money!!!. Which is incredible when all their job entails is dealing with peoples accounts and finances.
Terrible sirvese staff don't help in Halifax city centre Swansea. lloydss bank is best they are very friendly and helpful.
The guy who served me today took me into the office to change an address. The service has always been good when I ever go into the branch.
Questioned on what services are required and then dealt with appropriately excellent !
Terrible service most of the staff just hangs around while there one person At the counter.
