Staff are great , incredibly inconvenient opening times though. Why are you only open when most people are at work??? Makes no sense
Horrendous experience with Halifax trying to manage my father's accounts after he passed. Staff members where rude and disrespectful towards my mother while dealing with accounts. The staff where incapable of helping throughout the process when they could see my mother was visibly upset during conversation about my father's accounts, there was no empathy at all from the staff. They didn't even offer to discuss accounts in a sperate room. Instead they made it public to everyone in the building and que behind us that they couldn't / would not help my mother as she was visibly crying during this difficult time in her life. I hope we never have to step foot into that building again.
Called in today and was really impressed with the member of staff who helped with my deposits. He was professional yet friendly and obviously a real asset to Halifax . Thanks
Work during the week, would be a good service if we’re open Saturday.
Clean & tidy shop. The staff are friendly enough. Nothing to complain about.
