The ATM is hardly ever working!!! We haven't been able to deposit cash or cheques for over a year, as its never been fixed. During all the lockdowns, this has proved to be incredibly frustrating, HALIFAX BEACONSFIELD, SORT OUT THE ATM.
Extremely ineffective branch. It never works and there is no even any respectful sign with information about it at the front door. Moreover the deposit self service in ATM does not work, so if you need to deposit money you need to drive elsewhere and if you are not driving you have no other choice but to open account in another local bank. It is very inconvenient to be client of this branch. And you can not even send email with complaint or have an online chat. They ask you to send them paper letter in 21st century. Well, sorry but it is faster to cross the road and open account in lloyds than writing you a letter, guys.
Went to pay cash into my account. Pretty miserable teller told me she could not open till. What is the point of being open if you cannot withdraw or deposit monies..They have also closed the self service deposit machineprobably due to COVID!.Really unhelpful people. I have an account at Nationwide so I will probably move everything to them.
Since the Lovely Tina retired from this branch In Beaconsfield the Bank seems its never open and when I do go In the hours that there ment to open there closed, and when they are open there just short staffed... Its soo Frustrating to the point its ridiculous.. i work in the area and I work with the general public and we all feel the same and frustrated with this Branch. PLEASE SORT THIS Branch out!
Staff at this branch are lovely. My disappointment is, I went there today at 2.35 and it was closed. It's very frustrating as I don't finish work until around that time, and could not get any money out. Will have to try again, but it is very inconvenient.
Ridiculous opening hours, 9-12 midweek only, so the majority of people can’t use it. I went out of my way to get there before 12 the other day and it had a sign on the door saying closed at 11 today!
Disappointing and poor. When I went in Nov 2018 to swap an old pound coin for a new one, the counter staff ignored me because they we too busy talking to an engineer who was taking apart the cash machine. Then they wouldn’t swap the coin unless I was a Halifax customer no other bank has ever said that, and is a breach of the terms of their banking licence. Insisting that I was a customer, but I couldn’t prove it there and then, they said the till was closed and better I try across the road at the Post Office. I mean, a bank telling me to go to the Post Office to change money. Very very poor. This branch should be CLOSED.
A pointless branch that shuts at 12pm in the middle of the working day and i mean it in the most disrespectful way possible but screw you for saying "we have been closing at this time for months" YOU SHOULD KNOW not everyone lives local flipping clowns.
Always closed during my lunch time what's the point of being open, if you're going to be closed during peak period.
A friendly and helpful little branch. Have always received excellent customer service from the staff there.
