Went in back at the end of February to update address & then cancel my husband's credit card. He's not used it for years & had actually forgotten he had it. Was assured it was all completed & the account closed. He's just received a new credit card for the same account, so it obviously hasn't been closed!. Good job we sorted the address out, or someone else could potentially have a field day!! Pretty abysmal service!
