I have always used independent cycle repair services but on this occasion I had to used Halfords Putney Road, Leicester as my local cycle repair shop has closed down.nnMy cycle was booked in and looked at by Seb and he was absolutely brilliant, as I needed parts that were not available at Halfords and supplied these and they were fitted by Halfords.nnSebastian's help and booking in of the bike made a lot of difference, as he took his time examine the bike and then told us the course of action it required.nnAfter several weeks, I was getting a noise on the bike and took it back to Halfords and fortunately, Sebastian was working and he was able to identify the fault and although no repairs were needed I knew what to do next time this happened.nnMany thanks Sebastian for your help and support through this and I know you had a rough day today but it was good seeing you still smiling.nnShabir

I visited Halfords Putney Road today, visited for a 10 point car safety check. I was served by Kish. Lovely gentleman and very helpful. Kish gave me the same service 8 months ago and still the service was on point! Grateful for the service and the pleasant staff! Keep up the good work, we appreciate it! On top of that, Halfords provides free car safety check! For the wins!
Booked and paid for a timeslot for bulb replacement. With the exception of Rowan who was very professional, the overall customer service was poor. Booking was not showing up in the system when I got there and bulbs were not ready. Once bulbs were found, I was told to park under the canopy and that someone was coming straight out. No space available and the area is a chaotic free for all. When I eventually got a spot under the canopy, I was not acknowledged by any of the staff that walked past. Given how my impression on arrival was that the place is disorganised, I decided to try and ask someone if they knew I was waiting. The member of staff I unsuccessfully tried to speak to was Jordan, who was extremely rude, miserable, and unhelpful and marched off like a stroppy toddler. On top of that another customer started shouting at me before I even got to ask anything, saying that he wasn't pushing in before me he was booked in for 25mins ago. I won't bother to book a time slot again. They're not adhered to and I don't enjoy random strangers shouting the odds at me.
