The staff were super helpful and efficient. A lady at click and collect went and found the oil I needed after showing her a photo of the product. And then pointed me in the direction of the tills where I was served by another lady, who was also friendly and efficient. Helping me with my Blue light discount on the app on my phone. Very pleased with the great service.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of Rob who was so helpful in providing advice on my needs and recommending a solution. The work on my bike was done quickly and I received a text, as promised, to come a collect my bike. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received
I was served by an individual named Liam, Liam’s service was exhilarating. His attitude to myself and my husband made us feel pumped up for the day, his cheeky wink really sealed the deal after our transaction. Definitely coming back to see this 10ft tall gentleman with such polite manners and soft handshake. I love Halfords’s!
My order was waiting for me. Thank you. But only half marks: Your email said something similar to "go upstairs for bike parts, but to the till for all others" So, I waited ages in the long till queue, only to find there was a dedicated collection point away from the till. Now, I appreciate what the store had sensibly done and the big notice, that I had not seen - because I was looking for the till as instructed, but you really should have got the email message right in the first place. Also, why not include the instructions in the text you sent as well as the email? Not everybody chooses to have emails on their phones.
Returned some incorrect bulbs which I’d bought a few days ago. Hannah not only explained what I needed to do to get a refund, then found out which bulbs were the right ones, and then walked across the store to get them for me! First class customer service!! Thank you Hannah!
I popped down to Halfords in Plymouth marsh mills today for a brake light fitting. I was offered a free vehicle check. The car is going in for a MOT tomorrow so that's was very handy. I had to change a wiper which was done.my lights fitted and a level of service I never expected.The staff in the store were attentive and helpful. The staff fitting the problematic brake were friendly and professional. My tyres,lights,hazards,oil and coolant all checked and screen wash filled.how awesome was that. Thank you very much team for today. Much appreciated. Ford owner.x
For this particular experience in Halfords I was served by a very lovely gentleman who throughly talked me through the different options for my cycling query. He even passed on some tips for cycling just in general which was welcomed! Great experience and it would make me go back.
When we left Halfords this morning we realised we were not handed back our old number plates. The website provided the local number to call, yet the national call site would not connect the call directly to the Plymouth branch. I explained I needed the old plates and would collect and assured I would receive a call back. Now some hours later I called again and after a lengthy call on hold advised when they spoke to the Plymouth branch, these plates have been destroyed. How does this happen when these plates do not belong to Halfords, they belong to me. Had the call been connected as I made this morning, arrangements would have been made for collection and not discarded. I now have a call reference number 23850087 for feedback. I do not want feedback I want this issue resolved without delay and these plates returned and not at my expense. This is not good practice to be out of pocket and I am not willing to leave this matter without being resolved. I am very unhappy with this service. MJ10 UKO is the old plates that I require to be returned urgently. Kath Fry
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a hands free set for my van to include fitting at a cost of £605.39. This was ordered over a month ago in store and fitting booked for today. When we attended the store today, as arranged, we were initially told that there was no trace of the order. Then, after much discussion, the order was located and then we were told that they had ordered the wrong parts, they couldn't source the right parts and so they would have cancel the whole order. So, we have wasted two days driving from Torquay to Plymouth, one to place the original order which clearly should never have been taken in the first place and one today for the fitting that never was. We now have to apply for a refund and are no nearer to getting a hands free set fitted. Total incompetence at every turn. Just appalling.
Nice store super helpful staff 9/10 times stock I need usually in store. However only fault is you need to sort out the collection in hour. ordered this at 1400 still waiting at 1630 considering delivery is from euro car parts that’s 5 min away bit of a joke. Ordered from Halfords as at the time the pads were £15 cheaper than euro were selling them to the public try to save my customer money
