I received excellent service from a very courteous young man called Pete today. 

Pete fitted a new light bulb in my car, he was very polite, talked me through what he was doing and completed the job in no time. 

I would highly recommend the excellent prompt service I received tonight. Pete is a credit to the company.

Excellent, efficient, courteous, professional  service in Merthyr Tydfil. Came in to fix a problem stemming from work at a different (Cardiff) Halfords branch and it was fixed without unnecessary question or hassle. Your fitter/junior manager is smart and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use this branch again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Had just dropped in for an upgrade of bulbs and wiper blades and to set right a battery installation issue. They attended to it immediately and got it done right first time and on time! Thank you! Will certainly look to return.

The staff allow you to browse, they don't try to Pressurise you to make any form of Purchase.  Members of staff understand that they are there to offer advice and answer any questions you  as a potential customer might have regarding car parts through to bicycles
