Unfortunately my visit to this store was ruined by the manager, who seems to be lacking in any common decency. 
On entering the store he was talking down to staff members whilst slouching over the counter. 
As I went to pay for my goods he was arguing with staff over work rotas, dictating when he was coming to work and when they could have time off.
I asked another staff member a simple question to be met with a rude sarcastic reply from the manager, who was still in his spot slouching over the counter. 
On response I received another short sarcastic reply, I honestly felt like leaving my items on the counter and walking out at this point, if it wasn't a Sunday and the parts required for that day I would have. 
Worst service I've ever experienced in any of halfords stores, how this guy is a manager is beyond belief. He has no people skills whatsoever, shows arrogance towards his employees and ignorance to customers.
