Well, so far so good… I am very happy with the Halfords Lancaster branch… In particular with the local manager named Damian and the people who work there…. Very professional... I use a professional discount card , Halfords trade card, but even when I buy items as a private individual, the service has always been top notch... The people who work there are knowledgeable, capable and very hard working, which is rare these days ... I needed a fuse fitted urgently on a long road trip to Scotland. Anyone with a child knows that entertainment is essential on a road trip and my cigarette lighter charger stopped working. Within 5 minutes Jordan had fitted a new fuse for me. Happy customer
I can't fault Halfords Lancaster store at all. Staff are all helpful, cheerful and appear happy doing what they do. Items I've required have always been in stock and available "off the shelf" for a fair cost.

Excellent service. I'd just discovered my van battery needed replacing. Late afternoon. Called in, explained the situation. New battery provided , advised on higher power model 5year guarantee fitted there and then. All in under 10 minutes Plus Blue Light Card discount of 15%. The staff were very helpful throughout. Thank you.
