Fantastic customer service from Sophie and Pheonix. Who went above and beyond their role by traveling to another store to pick up the correct bicycle in time for Christmas after head office had delivered the wrong one. They are a credit to the store and we cannot thank them enough.
I booked in for a battery fitment Transit custom. On arrival grumpy staff told me they couldn't do it as seat has to be removed. Fair enough as fitters are semiskilled but why let your system even book it in when this is common across the whole model. Wasted my time and theirs. Positive was the prompt refund but not the £70 it cost me in wasted time.
My own fault went to have a headlight bulb replaced on my 16 year old fiesta they recommend to have both as they tend to go together then my parking light went so had both replaced as the light units were out . They then charged me over 60 quid for less than 10 min work. My fault as I didn't ask the price as I thought it would be about £30 including bulbs and the young man didn't say he would charge 4 X even though the units were already out. Not value for money. Would not recommend .
Ordered a new car battery and was installed on the same day. All the team were great, Jack did the installation and answered all my questions about various batteries etc. Was in and out the shop in 30 mins
Easy to order online, and collect the order the same day. Good price for the items I needed. I have also had a windscreen chip repair done, which was quick and to a high standard, and was cheaper than some mobile repair firms. This can also be booked to be done at your preferred location at an additional cost.
