Excellent customer service. A huge thank you to Tracey who not only replaced and fitted my BMW windscreen wipers, but also went above and beyond in helping me to correct a problem with my windscreen washer jets after the rubber pipe work had some how fallen apart. A BMW garage would have no doubt cost me a fortune to repair the problem. Thanks again Tracey, you are a star!

Disaster the main headlight on my 2010 SLK blew. It was 2 in the afternoon and I was out and after a google it looked like to change was a bit of a bugger and involved taking the inner wheel arch off (according to Mercedes-Benz world) so I bought a bulb from Halfords and they said “would u like us to fit it” and I said if you can yes but it’s hard. Enter a fantastic team and a young lady who’s name I didn’t get. She had small hands. And managed to change the bulb for me, and there’s no way my hands would fit in that space. So one very happy customer
