Easy to order and prompt notifications. Not a very personal collection. If the member of staff had told me what he was doing , I would of been happy to accommodate a new starter being trained through their collection process. Unfortunately he decided to let me guess that part and just continued to explain what he was doing to the new starter out loud whilst I patiently waited , eventually he asked me to sign something without an explanation and slid me my new boxed bike. This took 15 minutes, which if he had informed me at the beginning what was going to happen would have been totally fine but with no communication it annoyed me and was far too long .
Exceptional service. All staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They helped fix my headlights on Sunday, foggy day and l needed to work. I had the 10 point check and even got £5 off the bulbs l needed. I will certainly be using them again, good to know that there is this service available especially being a lady on my own and rely heavily on my vehicle to get to my very special clients. Well done Halfords in Huntingdon .
My husband went to Halfords, Huntingdon today and had a new battery fitted. The young guy who fitted it, Charlie, explained what he was doing and advised me to keep my receipt safe as it was our guarantee. He remained cheerful and polite, although obviously busy and in freezing conditions. A credit to the company
at 4:30 on a Sunday, I didn’t think it possible that I would be cycling home and cycling to work tomorrow. Puncture , worn tyres and breaks that were not working. Andrew could not have been more helpful. 10 minutes later all ready! I asked if I should replace my bike if my commute was going become longer. No hard sell. A few questions to establish length of my journey, terrain, time I would be cycling and then offered a few suggestions, including bike to work scheme. Thank you Andrew very much appreciated.
Today Andrejs changed bulbs in my car. He’s done his job perfect! Was very helpful and helped find me everything I needed. 5 stars

Great place for car and bike items and accessories, service is a bit slow as you have to always wait for checkouts or get someone to help you out. Maybe they are short staffed and need to look into that. Other than this great store.
Very good service. Dani & Liam went above and beyond to help make sure the bicycle we bought for our Granddaughter was safe & comfortable for her to ride.
This a well stocked store and I use it for all my car related consumables and occasionally for bike bits. I think the prices offer value for money.
Unfortunately I've had to visit them twice in the 2 last weeks for different problems. Fortunately they are an outstanding team and their customer service/experience is superb. 5-stars says it all!
