Needed bulbs fitting to my Honda jazz. It was a cold rainy morning but Bal gritted his teeth,rolled up his sleeves and undid my cars wheel lining which was dirty and wet and completed this and my brake bulb with a nice friendly smile. Thanks Bal and Halfords for offering a great service to the public.

Booked an 4-5 slot to put in a Cd/radio in car, on the day of service, asked how long the job would take , told 35mnts, 2hrs later 6 o clock still waiting for car only to be told they lost a part. Spent £200 and they wouldn't give me a discount for their inconvenience. I feel very disappointed with this service and therefore would not recommend them.

Not sure what is going on here seems to be run by a bunch of inter breeders. And some sort of liveing organisms who think they can build bikes.

Amazing service. Car was saying brake pads were needed so booked it in. Halfords took off all 4 wheels & found all pads/discs were fine. Instead the circuit to warn of brakes/pads needing replacement was at fault on the rear wheels. So they rectified this, showed me the problem & didn't charge me a penny. They could have changed the pads unnecessarily & I'd be none the wiser.
