bought this jump starter from Halfords, and I’ve attached a photo below. My sincere request is that no one buys this jumper, as it’s really not worth it. I’ve used it a couple of times, and today I brought it back for a return. I first spoke with customer service, explaining that the jump starter wasn’t working and that I had lost my receipt. They suggested I visit a Halfords store, where a technician could help. I went to the Oldbury Halfords, but the staff member there—whose name I didn’t get—was extremely uncooperative. She dealt with me as if I were asking for something for free. Without even testing the product, she repeatedly said they couldn’t help and that I’d have to buy a new one. Even though I explained that they should at least test it to find the issue, she refused and kept insisting that there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned what customer service told me, she said that their store policy was different. Overall, my experience with this product has been terrible, and I strongly advise against buying it.
Amazing service from Jon, I arrived to collect my daughter’s bike, and got the dates mixed up, the bike wasn’t ready. He offered to get the bike and put it together while I waited had a coffee and cake in dunelm. Came back and he was super helpful, he then put the bike in my boot for me!nnVery Efficient, super friendly service!nnThank you
Good responsive service from the lady at the till and the mechanic when I went to get my bulbs fitted and get the tyre pressure checked. It would’ve been helpful if they could’ve made the appointment slightly more accessible not having to go backninto the store from where the bulbs were fitted just to accommodate disabilities but overall a pleasant experience

Terrible attitude from the 2 members of staff working on Sunday 22nd February 2026.... I was going to buy the 2 seater kids trailer, the only one they had in the shop was boxed, i asked the 2 members of staff to open the box, just to see the quality of the frame and material, also to gauge what size it would be. The older guy just said, sizes are on the box go look. Very rude and the sizes aren't on the box. Ended up buying one from 'Hawk Factory Cycle Outlet' great range of trailers and bikes, also very helpful staff.
