Martin is an asset to your company. Had some work done to my bike and he was helpful, honest, efficient and mechanically adept. Fixed my bike issues and explained me through each process and costings. I will be back to use your store for bike bits as long as he is there.

Halfords is a little more expensive than other places. However all found them helpful and a good attitude in the Thetford branch. Got roof racks and bulbs in recent times with good service.

Just had my mountain bike serviced. A problem occurred sourcing a particular part. Martyn's customer service was excellent in finding the part and going way beyond what you would expect. Martyn and the store manager ensured that I left as a very satisfied customer despite some earlier inconvenience. Many thanks.

Great help today from Cameron (I think) knows his stuff. Halfords online help was useless I nearly lost a customer till this guy saved me.

I recently had a new car radio fitted by Halfords and each member of staff who helped me - from choosing the best model for me and then arranging its fitting - couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Very happy to recommend.
