Took my bike in for a free check up & later to have the brakes changed. All staff were really helpful at the Riverside, Warrington location on both occasions. From carrying my bike up & down stairs to explaining in detail what needed to be done & the aftercare of my bike. Thank you!
I bought a Carrera men’s folding bike from Halfords with a few extras , unfortunately there was problems with the bike which meant I needed to get a refund or swap for something else. Unfortunate but it happens . I can say that the girl who dealt with me was a total professional , no argument, no drama she just let me swap for something else . She was a very helpful and put me at ease. I would recommend this store 100%.
Had an emergency coolant issue & all the guys at the Warrington branch on Hawley’s lane did an outstanding job & fixed the issue. They went above & beyond for me so that I was able to drive another 45 miles to my home. You guys are classed as family
Beware.. Visited the store to simply replace a rear indicator light. Had to return twice due to faults caused by the guy who fitted it which the second time resulted in the entire back lights not working and thus driving with no back lights in the dark which was incredibly dangerous. Staff provided no apology and were very passive. The first returned trip the person lied stating he had checked both lights were working after changing it. Dangerous practice and no responsibility taken by the staff. Will be avoiding in the future.
I would like to say I had amazing service yesterday from a young man sorry can’t remember his name he helped me with an indicator bulb for my Mitsubishi L200 pickup truck . It wasn’t as straightforward as a simple new bulb but he was so helpful and patient and it was freezing cold and snowing I would really like to commend him .
prices have shot up in last few months. bought the same item £100 less 2 months ago. customer services phone line is a joke. i still love the store and staff are great. its Halfords policies that are questionable.
So helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I was thrilled that someone fitted a headlamp bulb for me and topped up my screen wash. Such a fabulous service. Thanks Paul B
IF I AM SPENDING OVER £ 100.00 I do not want to wait in a queue of 6 or 7 with only 1 slow till working at your slow payment or order system. Management need to sort before l ever return again. ,
