I booked to have the headlight bulb replaced on my car. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. It turned out the parking light bulb also needed replacement. The £8 fitting charge was well worth paying.

Helpful staff, offered to fit the part i needed. But i think that's at an additional cost. Emailed reciept which is handy. Store was quiet when i went so no long waits.

Nice and quiet. Felt Covid safe. Signs on floor and sanitiser as you walk in. Good check over my son's bike with adjustments to both brakes and gears as required. Great service would recommend

Collected a pre ordered bike from Wallasey store. Very helpful friendly and knowledgable staff. I had lights and a pannier rack fitted. Felt very comfortable in store with good adherence to Covid practices as I waited. I definitely recommend

Booked for a replacement battery online. Got there and they couldn't fit it or restart my car. Absolutely useless & poor customer service from the manager.  Although the staff members where the opposite & friendly

Great service from the staff . Greeted warmly on my arrival. Nothing too much trouble from the lad on the till  who ran off to get my heavy battery from the store room. Waved off on my departure too. Always treated well at my local branch.

Ordered 2 car seats online on separate transactions on the Saturday morning abd both ready within the hour to be collected. Staff in store very friendly and helpful, helping me with my items out the car whilst I held my son. All had face masks and following correct guidelines.
