Popped into get some rear brake and indicator bulbs replaced. Nathan sorted the correct bulbs and fit them for me. He provided excellent customer service and was incredibly efficient, he's a credit to the store.

Brilliant visit to Andover Halfords Brought a new bike, John was extremely helpful and never forced the sale. Very knowledgeable as well and gave great advice - he’s a credit to the team.
I booked my car in on line to have the battery changed. Paid up front, arrived on the day to have the battery changed only to be informed they couldn’t do it at the securing bar required a torque wrench to refit it after removal and ‘they don’t do that’…. Annoying but the team were very helpful, I had to take it to the local Halfords garage who fitted the battery. Seems the booking system is not ‘clever enough’ to identify the need of a torque wrench which they ‘don’t do’ at the Shop… needs to go to the garage..
Excellent customer service. I ordered a small hand torch on line. Received a phone call from store within 15 minutes of placing order advising me that a mix up with stock numbers meant that my item was not in store for collection. A second phone call advised that the item was in stock in 2 nearby stores. I said that I did not want to travel to pick this up. I was advised in a 3rd phone call that an alternative item was available a better product and more expensive. I was told that I would have this torch at the same price that I had paid. Dan apologised for having to disturb me with yet another phone call. I collected the torch within the hour and was served by a very polite and helpful young man. Seems a lot of fuss for such a small item, but the customer service was exceptional by all concerned. Thank you Halfords!
Excellent staff at this branch! John in particular with servicing/repair of my vendetta! Just been out for a quick 5 mile ride and the brake judda has gone and shifting is smooth! Top man! Already eyeing up the family’s next bikes and will definitely be buying from here! Cheers guys!
Had a front lightbulb changed and a check of tyres, oil, and screen wash prior to a long drive. My Old Ford Escort had a Very difficult position for the lightbulb and backing on the passenger side thanks to the battery which took them some time. They were polite, helpful and they didn’t give up. I would highly recommend the team in Andover.
Staff at Andover branch excellent. Friendly, helpful and did a great job. However, communication with Halfords is appalling - all due to centralisation, call centres and not being able to speak to a real person.
Superb customer service today :- Very helpful, polite & friendly staff from the moment i walked in, wish more companies had staff like that! Bobby? fitted a battery for me, knowledgeable, gave me peace of mind, helpful & friendly, pleasure to deal with.
I had the nearside headlight replaced by Emmie. The service was excellent: prompt, helpful and she was a delight to talk. She even advised on the fact my tyres will need replacing as they were approaching their limit.
