So popped in to get a bike hook. Staff very pleasant. Super helpful and got goods in hand and ordered quickly.  Also couldn’t supply one part but no confusion which was brilliant - knew straight away so made other plans without feeling let down.  Thanks guys.

Eager to help but just don't seem to have the knowledge. I don't know what on the job training entails but seems lacking to say the least. I'm still having trouble with my gears and don't feel I can go back.
