Got a roof box fitted by Glenn who was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. He got us a great price and showed us how to install and remove the box safely. We were all done and dusted right there and then – great service, price and information.
Excellent work and customer service. Antoine was very professional and supportive when taking my bicycle in for its service, collecting all the parts required promptly. Travis was equally professional and considerate when I went to collect my bike after the work was done. Brilliant work guys, thank you very much.
Every time I go there to pick up what I bought they are fast and helpful. I like them. They do not match euro car parts and prices are a little bit higher, but for those who are not experienced or expert about cars they are a really good option.

The order process was confusing, as I received a call to say my order was cancelled, then I received messages to say it was ready. We got there in the end, Dave was very helpful when I picked the bike up and I was pleased with the way it looks. First impressions are that my new bike rides well. Dave was also very helpful guiding me on the helmet and heavy duty lock to purchase, which I was grateful for.
I bought an online pacage of Road Angel Halo dashcam, with full fitting kit, and 32 GB sd card with fitting included. The price was excellent, and I got an online discount. The fitting kit and sd card were missing, but the Halfords fitter, rustled up replacement parts. He fitted it quickly, was very tidy, and professional, and took the trouble to help me download the required app, and got it all set up on my phone for me. He went above and beyond. I would gladly recommend this store and service.

Came in with my bike a few days ago, as I had an issue with my brakes seizing, and was helped by a very professional, friendly and well informed member of staff called Richard; who not only helped fix the issue, but told me the best ways to keep it from happening again! During my visit I didn't see a manager present, but if you're thinking of getting another, Id recommend Richard in heartbeat! Really is an asset to the team!

Got refused service here today when i needed a brake repair on my bicycle because i hadn't bought the bike from Halfords. This has not been an issue in the past. They have now lost my custom. Update, the store manager has just been on the phone and has apologised saying the staff on duty probably didnt feel confident in taking on the job and he will be speaking to them about this. I said that had they said that at the outset it wouldn't have been an issue. He is going to arrange for his experienced bike mechanic to take a look next week when he is back from holiday. Keep you posted.
