This was my first visit to the store in Princess Park. It is laid out much better than the old shop. It is brighter and more inviting and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the product I wanted. I was very pleased with my visit.
Even after a lengthy wait for my stereo due to Covid restrictions & supply company furloughing its staff I can honestly say the staff were very helpful throughout, plus a very professional instal by Karim. This is why I always come to Halfords.

I supported my neice today to get her car up and running - and all the staff at Halfords Princess Alice were brill. A lovely young lady changed a bulb & identified a fault in lighting loom & got us the parts to fix it. We got oil, tools etc and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Halfords

The best service. We went to Wednesbury Walsall 1st and walked out as not one person wanted to be helpful. The staff here were amazing; built the bike in 1 hour. What an absolute shame halfords have decided to close this store.
