I bought some engine oil via click and collect at the Wakefield. Collection in store went fine but I was in a rush so did not inspect the goods closely. When I got home I put the 4L container by the front door intending to use it later to top up the oil. When I came back it had leaked out of the bottom. As a result I had to clean up a considerable mess in both my home and also my car boot where it had also leaked. Upon closer inspection the bottom part of the container had been taped over using duct tape. Clearly then, the store were aware that the container had been leaking but decided to sell me it nevertheless. Of all the substances you don't want leaking, engine oil is quite high up the list, somewhere around paint and just below acid. I cannot believe that I was sold this product in such a condition. Very disappointed. I contacted customer services. The advisor took my details and said he would contact the store to ring me. He offered no apology. I have not received a call.
For such a large conpany the customer service is shocking I bought a bike which when coming to build was scratched I couldn't get hold of store directly where I collected later to be told they don't as not enough staff and management don't check the one laptop complaints are sent to is sat in the training room and rarely checked the customer support centre also advised stores never answer them, customer support logged a complaint on 5th August which had a 72 hour response and still no reply! Just avoid too much hassle I feel for the poor floor staff who are left to run the store take the grief
The young gentleman that helped me today went above and beyond. He was the nicest and provided the best customer service, fixing my daughter’s bike and making her a very happy little rider! Thank you. You were so patient and extremely helpful!
I purchased brake bulbs for my VW transporter and paid for the additional fitting service. I was served by Paige that assisted in locating and buying the right bulb. Paige also fitted both bulbs. I was impressed with her knowledge of products, her professionalism, politeness and her personable nature.
Poor service. Came in for two headlight bulbs replacing. They used to fit them for free but now its £10 a time even if you have two done at same time. Best part of 30 quid in total. Wouldnt mind but theres a scheme at 4.99 a month where you get bulbs replaced and other benefits. Only mentioned it after I paid as would maybe have signed up. Had to wait over half an hour as short staffed then wait a further half an hour in hot sun while he messed about under the bonnet not knowing what to do. Seemed like trial and error. Failed to mention there was also a designated shelter area in car park. He had to call a colleague. Think I'll just take it to local garage next time
Went for an indicator light, had this fitted and a service check completed. The staff were very polite and helpful. I am a complete novice when it comes to my car and they were very helpful definitely recommend.

Booked in for 2 new Tyres at 09:30, arriving at 09:20 not a single person in the garage, after 5 minutes I went to look for someone and all the staff where out on the road looking a van that was not even on the property. Once someone did come over, they toke me details and then proceeded to eat a pastie at the counter, after another 10 minutes I said I was booked for 09:30 as I have somewhere to be at 10:30, reply was it will not be done by then mate, At 10:00 the then tell me they can’t do the job as they don’t have the tyres, what a shambles, 40 minutes to be told it can’t be done, Made the booking on line and could have chosen the same day so how can this be the case the next morning!! I also payed for the tyres when I made the booking at a cost of £5 for the time!!! I will probably have an ordeal in getting a refund now, POOR POOR SERVICE AND BOOKING PLATFORM
Was pre booked in for a free check. Made me wait 1.5 hours just to say go back to who you got job done from, absolute amateurs, reason I came to them was get an 'expert' check on suspension. Absolute waste of my time and the service from the off set was honestly very bad. Did not get a good feeling from these guys at this specific branch whatsoever and will never go back.
Great service from Dan and many others. Very patient explaining and helping with purchase of further products.
