Rick was Excellent With my grandson. When we collected his bike He measured his size. It was a surprise the grandson, did not know he was getting it? He just thought he was gonna get measured for for a new one Rick did not let on that is mum that already purchased it. Ten out to ten
The guys here are great, friendly, and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent just wish I'd got the names of the staff members to give them credit. Rick in the bike department was also amazing when we collected our bikes his customer service was fantastic.
Bought a second hand bike recently and needed a basic starter kit of things to get me started. Big credit to Rick he was the most helpful and enthusiastic person ever! Nothing was too much trouble for him and answered any questions i had. I just wanted basics and i felt no pressure from Rick to buy anything fancy, my safety was his number one concern. Will definitely be coming to ask Rick more questions in the future
I visited Halfords this afternoon, at the end of my tether, having spent forever installing a rear derailleur new gear cable and not able to quite set up the gears correctly. Sam and Pete were helpful, friendly and in next to no time, had fixed my gears for a very reasonable sum. Great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mansfield bike team. Thanks
Went into Halfords Mansfield today and Rick did a brilliant job of helping to fix my gears on my bike. Great customer service and really helpful advice. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
Excellent experience. Sales person was brilliant in explaining the difference in the type of thing I wanted to purchase. Finished up paying a lot more than I expected for good reasons.
Would not go back if I didn't have too. Booked in and paid for cd player for our car. Got there early and they told the fitter we were there. Stood about to see someone come in after our appointment time to be help to fit a camera to his car. Then the fitter said to the woman who told him we were here again said I didn't know. He came over and manger to get all our things together then said can not fit it today have to book another appointment and told someone else to sort it for us and the fitter went back to the man he was helping before. The lad put all our things throughthe till then told us it will 2 weeks before they can fit it. Think you should be told this when you buy the cd player on line. Would not mind so much but lots of shop assistants in shop just stood about doing nothing. If I could get it fitted else where I would.
I went to Halfords Mansfield last week and had 2 new rear tyres fitted - no complaints at all about that However when I found that one of the tyres they had fitted had gone down today I went back only to be told that no one had time to look at it for 10 days, "we are busy with lots of big jobs" and I should take it to another tyre company, National Tyres was suggested I said I was prepared to pay a different company if it was a puncture but wasn't happy to pay if Halfords fitting was faulty and could someone spare 10 minutes to take the wheel off the car and just check for a nail or cracked rim I have had this problem in the past. I was then offered an appointment in 3 days time. At this point I left Went to a local company Glenn's Tyres - it was a nail and cost £15 to repair, friendly, 15 minutes wait and a happy customer Halfords seem of being happy to take your money, but watch out if you have a problem afterwards. They have lost any future business from me due to a total lack of customer after care 1 Star for fitting the tyres in the first place - zero for after care
Sam did a fantastic job putting this bike back together again after being in the shed for 2 years. When we came to pick it up Rick was excellent at customer service and even told me about my veterans military discount that I could get which I always forget about.
