Purchased a mountain bike online and collected on 25th March . I was welcomed at the front till and directed to the cycle area upstairs. A friendly knowledgeable chap called Rick sorted out my order and made the the process easy. Good professional people . I strongly recommend.

Excellent store i have visited many times over the years mainly for car bits and bobs but recently we picked up 2 mountain bikes and was really pleased with the service received. Friendly professional and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. A pleasure to visit the store keep up the good work and fab atmosphere guys
Most pleasing experience of shopping at Halfords Mansfield. I placed a click and collect order only to find I had received a 10% off email shortly after. Contacted Halfords Mansfield who cancelled the original order, I then placed my order again with the 10% off. Saved me £9.90 so was worth it. Many thanks Halfords Mansfield. Great job!
Called in to buy a couple of items which were competitively priced. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. No large queues - very well organised. Would definitely call again.

Brilliant service today from Rick in the Bike dept. at Halfords Mansfield. Brakes on my Vengeance were badly worn. Thought I would have to leave the bike and come back later but Rick fitted the new pads straight-away - great guy to have on your side when you need your bike fixing quickly! thank you.
