Excellent customer service from Charles and Travis! Charles went above and beyond to help with mine and hubby's bicycles and ensuring that we got the ones we wanted and managed to sort us out with a few discrepancies we had along the way. We did not feel rushed during our time and the were very helpful and understanding. We will definitely be coming back here again purely due to the fact that it is rare to get excellent customer service these days and management that knows what they are doing!
Decent shop. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. However, there was a line for about 15 minutes by the bike repair/build a bike counter. I know it was a Wednesday morning with everyone at work etc/shop was quiet, but there should still be someone therennThey didn't have the bike I wanted in stock, but they were helpful in telling me other stores that have it. I used the bike shop up the road as I needed it sooner.nnAnyway, it's not a bad store at all overall. Just need more staff I feel.
I had my windscreen repair in Halfords Chadwell Heath today 21-08-2024 . Its my 1st time experience to had my windscreen repair in Halfords , Chadwell Heath and it is a great experience because the staff is very accommodating . They did a great job on my windscreen ,thanks to Mr. Jordan Green who did repair my windscreen professionally and it is commendable for his job well done .
Always go to this branch for my motoring needs. Lovely helpful staff, who do their best to answer any queries you have.nHad to get the bulb changed on my brake light, was disappointed that Halfords charged £10 for such a basic job. Think they should rethink the charges for some of there services!!
been to see Halfords a few times this summer, every time there has been issues which haven't really been resolved properly and found out after I left the store. its such a hassle to go in a speak to anyone of knowledge behind the issue and its always passed on quickly. I had a tyre service with spoke changed and yet one of my spokes was still left broken and did not help as booking weren't available for 1.5 weeks. would like money back for it but can't see what the process is to get that back easily...
