The staff was very helpful as there was only one guy in the cycling section, and the poor guy was doing all the work from helping on the floor, helping at the till, carrying customers purchases down the stairs to the ground floor, picking stock from the storeroom, everything! The work he was doing was obviously too much for him, Haverhill Halfords needs to step up their staffing for weekends, in case they thought it is not necessary. We had to wait for over 30 minutes for the guy to help 2 other customers. This was on Sunday the 12th of February. Thanks to the guy who was on the cycling section on the day, he was very helpful and kind to everyone!
To: Halfords in Haverhill. Very very helpful and knowledgeable people. Costumer service is above & beyond! Hands down! Specially this guy that help me today with my mini & my other car. I just forgot to ask for he’s name. I didn’t meant this in a bad way, He has a Asian back ground on him. Brother Halfords should be very proud to employ a person like you you’re hell of a man thank you one’s again and don’t loose that passion of yours to help people like me.
Halfords staff at the Haverhill store couldn’t be nicer. It was quite busy and they were training 2 new young members. Not only were they polite and professional with me, it was lovely to see how well they treated the young trainees. Served me as quickly as they could and thanked me for waiting several times. Headlight bulb fitted and a very happy customer. Can’t fault them, thank you!
A solid one star. Click and collect order showing as ready for collection wasn't even in stock after traveling 22 miles to pick up. Manager said I could pick up from another store which I declined having already travelled some distance. Offered to arrange collection and post out which he never did. Then no contact until I messaged customer service. Following day, calls to apologise, offers to send the item out and phone me with a tracking number but doesn't. A second email to customer service with a promise of a call from an area manager prompts another call from the branch which I decline to answer having already told customer service I'm fed up with the managers lies and won't be speaking with him. However, finally 3 weeks later the item is delivered but I'm now signed up to their email list which I didn't want. Absolutely appalling service with plenty of excuses but no apology for the poor service or the time I've had to waste trying to resolve the issue they caused. This is one branch I will avoid at all costs and it's put me off Halfords in general. Certainly can't think of anything good to say about the staff at this branch or their customer service or lack of. As for Halfords customer service case number 17646197 I'm still awaiting the call from the area manager.
I went to Halfords to have my headlamp bulb changed in the last week. Despite it being a difficult and problematic job, they made sure it got fixed for me. They helped me get the right part I needed to resolve it and then spent the time fitting it. Changing a headlamp bulb on my car isn’t an easy task but they put in the effort to fix it. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable – I can’t fault the service they provided and I’d go back there again. Perfect service, thank you Josh!
Shop was very busy when I arrived and the young lady serving me who was new was very helpful and polite. Did not have to wait too long wither for my replacement headlight bulb to be fitted. Overall excellent service once again from the Team. Thank you.
Needed an urgent windscreen chip repair before a long journey and the guys in the store did everything they could to help. Josh did the repair and was very professional and did a great job on a very difficult, deep chip. Highly recommended.

The in store staff were knowledgable, couteous and helpful. My bike service and minor repair were completed satisfactorilly - three days after the "promised due date". Annoyingly, there was no communication from the store to advise me of the delay: consequently I wasted a 22 mile round-trip to the store to collect my bike. Communication between 'Central Customer Services' and the Haverhill store appeared to be problematic at best. The 'call centre' staff' had little understanding or experience of work undertaken in-store.
Purchased a Dash Cam. Adam did a very professional job selling the right product and installing it very thoughtfully. Excellent handover to my wife by VIPs.
