I recently visited Halfords store in Boston. The manager was really helpful and very informative of the range of products available for my needs. He was very patient and took the time to explain the functions for each item and made the purchase very stress free ! Thank you... I came away with the perfect product, best suited for what I needed and at a very reasonable price too !! Well done Boston store and their super staff !! Super customer service from Jason and the I shall certainly shop in store again !
I've bought about £1000 worth of tools from Halfords in the last couple of years and broken a few Halfords advanced. Finally got to go into the Boston store to exchange these guaranteed items. The lad called Ash couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, exchanging my broken tools with no problems. Very impressed with the service and guarantee. Thanks.
