I recently purchased an e-bike from Beverley branch and have to say that Josh was a fantastic young man. Extremely helpful when I collected the bike and went through everything very clearly with me. Delighted!nI would also like to mention John who did a bulb fit for me today for my car. Telephone support checked that e scooters were repaired so I took my scooter in for repair at great inconvenience. The staff are not able to do diagnostics so it was all a great waste of time and effort. It appears that the right hand do not know what the left hand are capable of. Then I receive a receipt and asked for a review when nothing has happened. Not impressive

Popped in the store after work to pick up some heavy bits, the lady at the counter was great collecting everything I needed and she called other 2 chaps who were happy to help carry everything to my car. Excellent service with down to earth communication. As an added bonus everything I purchased came with a 2 year guarantee too. No complaints there!
Great team, great service and well worth a review tbh. Needed a hand to get bike pedals off as very tight and the process was seamless from start to finish. Well done telephone assistant who booked me in and to Team Beverley great bunch
