Went to get a wiper blade fitted in an emergency, not only was the wrong size wiper fitted it was out on the wrong way! Wiper caught the next blade and I had to stop the car! Had to then drive 15 miles to my own garage who found these errors! And £5 extra to fit the wrong size wiper incorrectly! Awful.. complaint sent in via chat as no way am I wasting petrol going back to argue with someone who was only interested in selling me a £15 winter check I can check my own oil and water etc etc! wouldn’t let her under my bonnet!  Never ever will I go to one of your stores again..

Called at short notice as I had just discovered a puncture on my bike when about to travel to the Lake District for the weekend. The very helpful bike technician repaired it straightaway, on his advice fitting slime inner tubes front and back. Cycling friends all said it was good advice. Many thanks for a great service.

Trying to find a wiper blade with so many to choose from can be a nightmare! However the staff were extremely helpful and when I went to the till with a queue forming, another member of staff quickly came and opened another till. That's excellent service. Well done!

I ordered one wrong item and although online it wouldn’t let me cancel/change it, I phoned customer services and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, polite and she sorted it all out and she made it all very easy! I couldn’t fault her at all, I’d like to know who she is so I can send her something to say thank you but I didn’t catch her name!

Dropped in to buy a new rear blade for the Disco. Quickly given what and where by the Tech, it was in stock and easy to fit. Fair price for Bosch part too.

I went into Halfords today to collect 2 bikes knowing I was a day earlier than I should but hoping that they could get the bikes ready ? The person that served me was excellent he had them ready within the hour and half and couldn't do enough for me and I appreciate his lovely mannerisms so thank you Halfords very much and merry Christmas to you all

I needed a new bike and called into our local branch. The guy Adam couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or friendly and had me sorted in about 15 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks Adam.

I was having a problem with car indicator bulb and only one reversing light was working. The staff knew their cars and told me my car only had one drivers side reversing light. 5 minutes later I was on my way. Bulb fitted. Done and dusted.

Great service. Was expecting to have to buy 2 new tyres, but they checked first if the problem was my tyres rather than my pump or me!
