Ordered 4 tyres online & booked date/time to suit me. On arrival I was informed approximate time work would take. I left car with them & received a call around hour later that it ready to collect. Very happy with offers available & job done
Shocking!! car drove pretty good, not 100% into it’s MOT they failed it on main rear oil seal and gave me the car back and now it clunks and barely drives, I took it to another garage and the told me it’s the gearbox. You’d think for the price they charge they’d do a proper check. I’m now a month since my MOT failed and I can’t get my car in anywhere and I’m still unsure what’s wrong with it.
took my Jeep Renegade into Halfords, Watling Street, Tamworth today because I thought my tyre had a slow puncture. Natalie on the reception desk is lovely and because everyone was at lunch she put my car on the ramps herself and she found I had a nail in the side wall so unfortunately I had to buy a new tyre. She mentioned that the courier was actually on his way to pick up tyres as they didn’t have my tyres in stock so she rang the man collecting the tyres and asked him to wait while she ordered my tyre rather than me have to go home and come back the next day. After a little while the tyre was on their premises and the technician Richard fitted it for me and I was on my way again. I feel that Natalie went above and beyond for me, she is very professional and helpful and without her help I would have missed an important appointment and would have had to go back the next day. Thank you so much Natalie for your professionalism and efficiency, it was much appreciated.
Have had to rely on this place a lot with my car and always had great service. Will continue to use for a long time. 5*
Went to buy a new battery for my car. They said I'd have to pay for fitting even though I didn't want it fitted. Had to go over to their branch at Ventura to get one. Terrible ridiculous anti-customer service!
