Booked for a diagnostic only online dropped off at 11:15. They asked if I was hanging around the area which I was and if they should call me when it's ready. Got no update all day so I called at 17:00 as I knew they were closing at 18:00. Got told that I booked an 'overnight' or 'overlapping' slot so meant that it rolled onto the next day and they will give me an update tomorrow. Still no update at 12:30 the next day so I called and got told that my car isn't reading on any of the machines and it's ready for me to collect. They did offer a refund which I appreciated but I've wasted 2 days now as a result and I need my car to get to my placements. Poor communication
Lifesaver's ... Been having a few issues with car recently the latest one was a nail in my front passenger tyre. Thankfully they we're able to remove the nail and repair the tyre which was a much welcomed out come as it cost £25 rather than £147 for a brand by tyre . Been here a couple of times and they've not done me wrong yet . Thank you guys

The staff were really helpful when I called with a couple of questions ahead of the appointment. On the day again staff were friendly, helpful and informative. My car was ready promptly and the seat and footwell were protected with covers.Service: Wheel alignment

Great service and friendly staff. Tyres replaced at a very competitive price. Would use again.
Went with a screw in my tyre, so not sure if it was punctured. Very helpful and pleasant man spent 15minutes removing the screw and checking for leaks. There weren't, so he wasn't charging; bought him a drink as he was really helpful. He even told me the opening times tomorrow should it deflate overnight, tip top customer focus!
My car went for mot. Sorry to mention the staff were very helpful and give me further details needs looking into at later when possible.
I’ve booked my car in today for 1130am online for a general check over. The manager then advised that he needed the car all afternoon to carry out the check which was ridiculous. The manager phoned me at 3:10 in the afternoon to advise that he was shortstaffed and won’t be able to check my car over at all and I will need to book it in on another day. No mention of the staffing issue when dropping the vehicle off which would of given me the opportunity to rebook it. Complete shambles will not be returning have wasted my afternoon for nothing. I’m not even sure how this place has got four stars on its reviews. Avoid
