My car had sadly broken down so i had the RAC recover it to Halfords for me. They looked at it the next day and when i called to check in they advised exactly what had gone wrong, explained what they needed to do and had already ordered in the correct parts to ensure my vehicle would be back with me as soon as possible. The price was OK, a little more than i had expected (i hadn't planned for a breakdown so any price was unexpected to be fair) but for the quality of work and the warranty/peace of mind Halfords gave me it was definately worth the price. I've had my car a year and this is the ONLY service centre I've used. They've done the MOT, interim service checks and now a repair. The staff are super friendly and are happy to explain things, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, approachable warming atmosphere and friendly staff. Made me feel confident that my car would be looked after, was updated throughout the whole time my car was in for service/MOT and collected my car the same day. Would definitely recommend for a peace of mind and value for money service :)

I had booked in for a winter service and was welcomed at the reception desk with a smile. My car was ready in a couple of hours and I was reminded that my mot was due in a couple of weeks and I could book it in if I liked. Apart from this there was no overselling relating to the service. The staff were friendly, professional and a credit to Halfords. Thanks guys!
