They don't  answer the phone.  I ended  up placing  order online to be collected  after one hour from this branch. When I've got there i was told item not in stock. 150amp fuse.
avoid. Lack of knowledge. And the attitude. ..
think before  you go.
Halfords-  re think the way how you operate because  for now you are at the very bottom. Re train  your staff, change online system. Simple  as that

Slow, no staff. The ones that are working are running all over the place. Very little knowledge on items. 👎👎👎👎👎

The staff are always very helpful and i have never been there and left without getting the items i needed. Thank you once again.

Sloppy no staff on customer desk /only two in attendance running all over the place trying to locate items/was advised to wait 25 minutes for some one to identify my warning light.Mot Happy
