Superb site just near cattle market. Very large concreted yard book in at the main office. They will tell you where you will be tipped. Good unloading staff professional and friendly and helpful covid aware. Facilities are OK a great experience

Use this place a lot, great staff, very helpful, products are good, though sometimes a little expensive. The on-line ordering system  needs a slight tweek.  There is no way of finding out if or when the order is ready for collection, this adds work for the staff and the customer with extra phone calls. A screwfix system where the customer receives a text when the order is ready would be better.

Staff at Hales Shrewsbury branch were most helpful, and came up with an economical and practical solution for my fencing needs. The product was delivered on time, and did the job well. I would certainly use them again.
