I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The hairstylist, Nicola was friendly, taking time to understand my preferences, and delivered a fantastic haircut. The staff were polite and professional, creating a welcome atmosphere. I highly recommended this salon and I will definitely be returning!

I usually have a hairdresser come to me but she was unfortunately busy so took the opportunity to have my hair done at a salon as a treat.nI called the salon to book, and asked on the phone call how much this would cost and I was going from long hair to short hair. She said the price was £45 and there was no mention of extra cost if I had long hair.nWhen I arrived I explained the length I desired and Nicola I believe was absolutely lovely and very sweet. When I went to pay I was presented with a senior member of staff, who was not very welcoming and said the hair cut was £56.nI was shocked as I had already confirmed this amount over the phone, I explained this to her in which she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and said well that's not the case and went on to say it's because I have long hair. The hair was cut short so it's irrelevant, it was roughly cut 7 inchesbefore it was even washed. So, to state you charged me more for long hair is bizarre, and to not take accountability for the wrongly priced quote over the phone was unprofessional. It would seem others have also experienced this from your reviews, and maybe you should confirm pricing beforehand to prevent this from happening again because it might only be £11 difference, but some might not have that spare.nI was looking forward to returning from the professionalism shown by the hairdresser but after this it would seem money is worth more to you than having people return.

I love it here, the team are all lovely.nI can book online or pop in for an appointment and they always accommodate.nHolly is my go to hair dresser after getting my hair colouring right and looking after my curly hair.nHaving afro Caribbean hair is always hard to treat with hair dye products and Holly just knew how to work my hair so well.nI would highly recommend going here for your hair.nMy hair comes out singing everytime!nThank you

Called into Hair Workshop as my usual hairdresser is unwell and hair was needing a cut.  As usual Hairworkshop were able to help.  Were welcoming and friendly.  Had a good haircut and would certainly recommend.
