Always had brilliant service from Hair supermarket!! Great products you can't buy in the shops, excellent service and fast delivery!! Will always use them and highly recommend others to use them too! You won't be disappointed!!

Ordered shampoo and conditioner for my wife's hair. turned up fast and the products really helped her. Would you just look at her hair now its fabulous.

I phoned up as my girlfriend wanted a perticular shampoo that i had forgotten the name of. I explained what I could remember of the bottle and not only did they the woman find out what I was after, but the pricing was very reasonable aswell. So I ordered it online and it came in very quick succession. Safe to say my girlfriend is very happy and I'm out of the potential dog house!

I made an order online and they sent the incorrect item, I emailed them to advise of this and they said they will resend, I should have it in 2-3 days. 5 days later and I still have not received my order I checked my email and realised my correct order had been sent to somebody else. So now it's 2 weeks on and I still have no hair dye. I have had to cancel a customer twice and I think I have now lost that customer For good. Worst online shopping experience ever.
