Have been to this clinic for various treatments over this past 10 months, with both therapists and have been very happy with every aspect of service and treatment. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful service from everyone.

The clinic itself is clean, friendly, the lady is very kind but she was a wrong choice. I had 2 moles removal. It was a painful treatment and I'm not happy with the result. Unfortunately I ended up at the gp because my scar inflamed. Moles were not removed completely, I have scars and lumps. Now I have to find someone to correct her work. I wasted my money. :-(

I have used this clinic for several years now for regular treatments and have always been completely delighted with the results. The staff are friendly and helpful. I do recommend HSC to my friends.

Customer service is terrible the receptionist is extremely rude. A friend and I went in inquiring to see if a product that was sold there contained a specific ingredient. We asked if we could speak with the independent nurse prescriber just to get the correct information. We were treated so badly by the assistant who insisted the nurse and owner would not talk to us. When I asked for a business card so that I could follow up with the owner myself personally on what she was telling me. She asked why I needed a business card and kept telling me the owner wouldn't be interested in talking to me. I would not recommend going to this place there's other skin care facilities that are in Hastings to assist people and treat you with respect.
