I was able to get an appointment at the convenient time for me and on my arrival I was greeted with polite and professional staff. I had a good conversation with my hairdresser. The place is very clean and tidy. The price for a hair cut is fair. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are very polite and professional and always helpful. I found it to have a friendly atmosphere for all members of the family, young and old.
I 1000% recommend Lynn, every time I go back for my haircut I ask for her and she does an amazing job each time. I have very thick long hair and she handles it amazingly unlike other stylists who I’ve had that complain about their arms hurting. She’s so lovely and is amazing at her job. I was looking for a new salon as Rush ilford has seen its days now. Ive seen tony adems for years on the high street so booked in. It was the best decision ever! I had the most perfect experience, from the very start the atmosphere was amazing, could feel the team were like a family. I was met by charlie, she was so bubbly and lovely and offered me tea or coffee, which was such a nice touch the whole time she kept checking in as well to ask if need anything, best customer service!. As i wear a hijab they placed me in a private area and were very accommodating to me. Lynne cut my hair and she was the most amazing, bubbly person and she cut my hair BEAUTIFULLY. Absolutely in love with her, cant wait to get a trim with her again. Felt like ive known her for years. I loved the service so much I spontaneously also got my hair dyed. Cassy again amazing team member ran me through everything and was super friendly and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. She also made sure my dark asian hair didnt go orange and it didnt! When she said theyre known for their colouring she meant it! Cant recommend this salon enough they go above and beyond and i cant wait to come back. Been looking for a good salon for many years and its been right in front of me the whole time! The whole team are amazing. I came into the store after visiting another salon who did not colour my hair correctly, it was completely the wrong shade. I was too shy to go back and ask for it to be changed. Meryam, the hairdresser at Tonis was so sweet to me, she saw I was stressed & unhappy, she sorted out my hair straight away. The entire team here were so professional & I wish I had popped into this salon initially. The service was amazing & I left happy too. The manager and team gave me good advice also. Wash, cut and blowdry from the lovely Lynn again! I asked for choppy layers and a curly blowdry, she's perfect and listens to exactly how you like to style your hair, she’s truly amazing at what she does, highly recommend!
