I planned for Kathryn to do my bridesmaids hair and my mums makeup for my wedding last month. We were happy with the trial that Kathryn did for one of my bridesmaids a few months ago, however the night before the wedding Kathryn text me saying she was ill and she was sending a replacement. Which would have been fine but she didn't seem at all pleased to be there and didn't do a good job of my bridesmaids hair despite her showing a picture of what she wanted. The curls dropped instantly and it wasn't neat at the back. She asked her to fix it but she didn't really and the other hair and makeup team there at the time said she had done an awful job. I felt really sorry for my bridesmaid as she didn't feel comfortable with it on the day. 
I then spoke to Kathryn the next day and had no real apology just saying 'thanks for making me aware there was a problem'. 
I wouldn't recommend this hair and makeup team unfortunately after my experience.

I was a bridesmaid at my sister’s wedding last weekend and Kathryn did a wonderful job with my hair and make up.  

The make up was lovely and natural looking and stayed fresh all day.  My hair was curled and then placed into a loose side bun for a soft flattering look that was comfortable and pretty.  

Not only did Kathryn do a great job but she was lovely and friendly with a warm calming energy - the time spent with her was a welcome peaceful respite in the midst of a very busy day.  

I was also impressed by her professionalism in getting to the job on time despite all odds (she actually needed a police escort to get through traffic blocks in Liverpool – no joke!!).
