I went in to get a perm boys I usually go to another salon but they were booked out and needed one sooner. I got my hair washed first nothing bad happened then when I went to sit down in the chair the process started. A lady with blonde hair was doing my hair she started by putting the rods in my hair which was fine but she kept messing up as if she hadn’t had much experience she sometimes rolled them backwards and they sometimes came loose. Then she started applying the perm chemicals to my hair which was TERRIBLE SERVICE she was very careless and most of the chemicals went down my neck and on my skin which caused my skin to become severely irritated and stingy, despite having cotton wool on the edges of my hair there was multiple errors some of the wool had massive gaps which caused liquids to fall down into my neck as I stated. I’ve been to 2 other slaons that have done a perm on me and this have never happened not a single drop has came out of my hair. It felt like she did not care and wanted to get it done with as quick as possible she was being lazy and just spraying the perm chemicals all over my hair sometimes in the same areas she had already done it. It felt a bit excessive but then something happened. The perm CHEMICALS went into my left eye it was very sore and stingy and I said “ah it’s in my eye” the blonde woman who I do not know the name of started getting mad and saying “this is why children should not be receiving adult services” I am 13 years old and to this day my eye is still sore. She was very rude to my mum, how can u say “this is why children should not be getting adult services” when it is on there services “children’s boys perm” and we had called ahead to make sure they were ok with doing this. The woman was so rude! And started arguing with my mum being cheeky and angry. The whole experience was unpleasant and unprofessional it felt awkward having this rude and angry lady doing my hair. She started saying stuff to my mum after it was done. Wouldn’t recommend coming here whatsoever service is terrible. If you do to not get a blonde lady who’s service and manners were disrespectful and rude. Will not be back.
Great Hair Salon and Stylist. Been going to see Maraid for a few years now and always leave happy! Have moved from the area and still make the drive through to this salon. Thanks again!
Highly recommend Sarah at Hair 2000. Fab hairdresser who makes you feel really comfortable. I travel an hour just to get my hair done by her!

Went in this morning for a cut and blow dry a little as possible trim had really long hair she’s took about a good 4 unwanted inches off my hair Iam absolutely ragin I never said anything because of the shock I have came here a few times and usually leave satisfied Evan gave her a generous tip and never got a thanks I’ll not be back
Had a blow dry this morning and it was fabulous! The girl who did my hair took great care with my weave and gave me a double purple shampoo wash! Highly recommend.

Came this morning for a cut and blowdry as my hair was driving me mad having not been to a hairdresser in over a year i was a bit indecisive, the girl sarah is lovely and cut my hair perfectly, i will definitely be back x
Maraid is an excellent hair stylist she patiently answered all my questions and concerns . My natural salt and pepper hair felt drab and lacked style . A couple of hours later I had beautifully highlighted natural looking hair with a fabulous cut . I left feeling revitalised and lifted. Lovely friendly staff and plenty offers of hot drinks.
Had a visit this morning with Sarah who was brilliant. I hate going to hairdressers but as I have a wedding coming up I went in for roots and high lights and was very pleased. She was so friendly and great with mad curly hair lol. I will def be back.
