Omg! Is this the worst accountant ever? My husband was with them for over 3yrs and every time he had to pay penalty fees for not submitting self assessment on time or filing with companies house on time. At times, they accepted liability and paid the amount but most times they didn't. We have now changed accountant and they refused to give the new accountant the information she needed to file with companies house so he's ended up with a £300 penalty bill again. Disgusting company, don't use them!
