Great produce.Excellent staff. Will definitely visit again when in the area.Bought meat and potato pies.The fantastic cheese pasties Very large pork chops and a big joint of beef to take back down south.Thanks to John Armstrong for sorting the order. Hopefully be back later in the year.
Top quality meat, and a great range of food products available. Quiches, pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Cakes and buns. Next door they have a sandwich shop for a quick snack
Delicious food. A little pricier than supermarkets, but the quality ages it worth it

I've bn to highs for a long time it's clean staff are really friendly and have a laugh once you grlet to k ow them
Great produce and the breakfast rolls are superb especially with a hash brown.
Best butchers, love everything they do. The teacakes are the best you can get, quality pies, snacks, meat and much more. Well worth a visit and don't forget to get some cumberland sausage, I've not tasted better anywhere !
We ordered a batch of pies and quiches from Haighs for our Macmillan Coffee Morning, the food was fantastic and liked by all - Anthony also gave them to us at a special discounted price as it was for a charity! Very generous and lovely people. Review from all at TIS Cumbria Ltd
Cant fault the food but very expensive for what you get. Good alternatives available opposite in Mark's and Spencer which dont cost as much.
Good food ,good choice, always plenty choice and clean shop
