2 stars for fitting me in last minute, but unfortunately the service after that was disappointing.nnMy car failed the test with the reason given as “headlight washers and windscreen wipers not working.”nWhen I asked what the actual fault was, I was told they weren’t sure and that it would need to be booked in the following week for an investigation, which left me confused and without any real information.nnWhen collecting the car, I explained I needed it back urgently and would be taking it elsewhere, but asked again if they could clarify anything they already knew about the fault. I was told someone “may have already fixed one of the issues,” but this hadn’t been communicated to me at any point.nnI was then asked to drive the car into the workshop so they could check. They opened the bonnet, topped up the washer fluid with water, and the headlight washers and wipers immediately started working.nThe windscreen wash spray had some residue in it, but I was told it could easily be cleared.nnI was then advised to return the next day so it could be passed. When I picked the car up, the mechanic said the “silly things just started working again.”nIt seems the failure was simply due to the washer reservoir being empty — something that could have been identified very quickly, without telling me the fault was unknown or that I needed a booked investigation.nnI accept I could have checked the fluid level before dropping the car off, but another garage has previously topped this up before a test and passed it without issue. Being told I needed a full investigation for something as simple as depleted screen wash felt unnecessary and poorly handled.nnI certainly wouldn't recommend or return
Wonderful service again from Hadleigh Tyres Ipswich. They have been my go to place for tyres and puncture repairs for years but recently they’ve also helped with electrical issues and today even a light bodywork repair. Always happy to help at short notice and a reasonable price whilst the boundless advice is free. Old school professional comprehensive customer service from a friendly team. Highly recommended.

Had a damaged fog lamp .nPrice quoted at Glen Hopkin was £493.00nHadleigh tyres advised me to source replacement and they would fit it labour only .nThe replacement was just £25.00 and they only charged £60.00 labour .nA marvelous result from a great teamnDropped off at 8.30 collected at 11am
