Lovely place to visit a shame the car park is expensive especially for the local residents.nCar park machines are now Contactless only nVery confusing as some signs say pay on arrival and some say pay on departure.nnWhen I finally got a machine to work after going to different machines around the car park. The cameras clock the time you drive through the barrier, so was then in a rush to get the most from my time at the country park, and have to keep clock watching
Stunning Park with amazing views, has both paths & cycle trails. However this is a review based on the CAR PARK and I must say the parking costs are nothing short of Scandalous and the council should be bloody ashamed of themselves. These open spaces should be affordable and accessible to all.
Brilliant place. The road leading to it needs careful driving especially in a motorhome. I would go again and again the kids love it.
This is probably the most beautiful park I've visited and it's absolutely huge , vast expanse of open lovely green parkland just great !
Would be better to pay on exit as who knows how ling you will be there just another council rip off
