Great place to walk in nature, lots of different options that you can use to extend your walk, use the map as a guide. All paths are well maintained, and only occasional is there significant puddles that you need to contend with. It is worth walking up to the Deer Statues and Large Urn, then across to Crathie Woods, before coming back down to the Lake. Not a single piece of litter in this area, plenty buckets and they are well used, although you are requested to take your litter home with you.
Only did the walk out and around the gardens then round the loch but on a beautiful day like it was it would rival any day out.
Great place to visit for walks and to photograph the wildlife as well as take some pet portraits , reasonably priced car parking fees and a nice gift shop when it’s open.
Great day out, the tour guides are so knowledgable and they make the tour great fun. The cafes on site are lovely and the grounds are kept beautifully. One of the few National Trust sites in Aberdeenshire which is open during the winter.
A great place to walk around with plenty to see. The ducks and geese are not afraid to say hello, especially if you have brought something for them to eat.
A beautiful and peaceful country estate. Lots of wonderful walks, parks, scenery, and wildlife. This is a great place to visit in all weather conditions as long as you're prepared. Great for young and old, individuals and families. One of my favourite places to visit.
These grounds are beautiful!! The staff are helpful and happy. Fun to take the kids to the ducks and geese, beyond that is the lovely gold Gates.
Great day out. Gets the kids off the iPads and out having fun and exercise in the great outdoors. Kids love the parks and feeding the ducks at the duck pond
Stunning building, visited during "Open doors day" restricted access but going to go back to do the full tour.
This visit was amazing. No photos or descriptions will explain what you see and feel to be there
