I'm usually a big fan of the online system as I work and have a busy lifestyle so don't have the time to hang about GP surgeries, nor wait to get through via the phone. However for some reason I can nolonger order prescription on the system as it keeps asking for a username??? When you go on reset password you still can't do it without a user name. So I'm stuck, unless I contact the surgery. So in the mean time I order my prescriptions via the NHS app, which for some reason doesn't interface with the GP online system, so I only have access to order some of my prescriptions,  the others I'm having to do without, so not a very satisfactory situation.

I was doubtful about the new on-line system when it first started as I thought it would make things even worse. At that time you would wait for three weeks to see a doctor just to check a minor worry. Now you go online, explain your issue and send a photo  if necessary, and someone phones back the same day. No hanging on the phone for hours at 08-30 trying to book an appointment. But, fine for me; I’ve been computer literate since the late ‘70s. My recently-deceased stepfather would have been unable to use the system.  There must still be many like him who are dangerously disadvantaged. Superb arrangements for flu and Covid jabs.

Ok for basics but no real help or follow-up for disabled peopleor long term ill, especially if it's a mental health issue. I feel they just don't care. There's no cohesion and you have to see a different doc every time. The doctors are mainly very nice but due to the 'taxi' system in operation it always seems as if you are really someone else's patient, not theirs. Doctors seem to change frequently. Nurses here are very good, always. Admin staff can be dismissive, rude even. There's a nice clean waiting area with good loos. They really need a proper system for calling next patient!

been with them 25 years now  and been very happy with them until now.new ask my gp service means you cant make an appointment anymore you have to go online fill in problem and wait to be told that you need appointment if gp wants to see you. so non personal service. will be looking for new gp in area. This not what i pay my NI stamp for a do it your self service. DR RAHMAN idea i think will backfire .

Can't get to see gp .can't make an appointment .self service   .think everyone can sit on pc writing large email when you could be tell doctor face to face . Was very good doctors at one time but nor anymore

Very well organised, very friendly, alert, caring. Make you feel confident that they'll look after you.

I was very impressed to receive a call from the clinical pharmacist, to advise I needed another medication due to my age and the existing medication I was on , to prevent stomach problems .Flu jab session was very swift and organised .
