I continue to be impressed by the caring professionalism of both the medical and support staff at HMC. Doctors go out of their way to explain probable causes of symptoms and suggest effective treatment plans which reassures me that they really care. The practice also runs a friendly, interactive Patient Participation Group where isolated problems can be aired and quickly resolved. I consider myself very fortunate to have access to this quality medical centre.

I waited 9 minutes, fair enough they are busy. The lady on the phone wasn’t unprofessional and very rude. No need really unimpressed!! And I can see by the reviews this is a common thing especially the receptionist!!

A most amazing service! The staff at HMC really care about their patients. A doctor will call you back after an initial telephone triage and if necessary offer you an appointment on the same day; we are so fortunate.

Almost impossible to get an appointment unless you're happy to wait 3+ weeks, staff constantly changing so it's very difficult to see the same GP, and referrals take 6+ weeks assuming they aren't botched entirely. I have no idea why the service here is so poor!?

I called today to get an appointment or speak with someone about some unusual experiences that I was having in my chest. I did not consider it an emergency and was told that there was only emergency treatment in service today (Friday). I was told that the earliest appointment was 21 January but may be able to get one on Monday but would have to phone and see if any slots were available. As everyone will be calling on Monday I would have to exercise patience in trying to get through. Is there any surpise that people go to A&E?
