Fast reliable service, friendly telephone guy, decent prices, nice drivers... cant go wrong! All i would say is that sometimes you do receive a 'track your driver' text, and sometimes you dont. Consistency with this would make the service a lot better. Thank you! I will continue to use you for my minicabs in hackney!
The office looked dodgy but don't be deceived! They are efficient! Driver arrived on time. Smooth ride and relatively cheap for an estate car that could comfortably fit 4 people and 6 luggages from Bocking Street to the Airport at only GBP 45.
Pick up was perfectly on time. Trip from Hackney to Stanstead Airport went great. Driver Mr BAKHTAIR KHALID was very helpul in assisting with my baggage. Very polite and great chat. Previously had experienced terrible drivers, glad it's getting better.
They don’t even deserve a one star! I have to go airport and booked for 7:30 and on the 7:20 I got the call from their cab office the can not coming and next one in 50 minutes I’m late for my flight now on the run time I booked Uber now thanks to Uber....but they are worst people even I called them two times for advice come on time even the one night before..trust me it’s time waster must have to close this shop really bad experience
Mare Street Cars is my go-to minicab company when I take my cat to the vet on Well Street. They send text messages of the cab and the driver's details and they are very kind. Their drivers don't attempt to fiddle the fare mid-journey which has happened on many occasions with other minicab services! which is very pleasant.
Super good prices. Cheap to Stansted if you're local, flighty, and hate getting up at 3am for a red eye flight. Plus, the larger lady who runs the desk is fun times! Plus, now they've moved the bus stop, there are less crack heads around trying to distract you from getting into your speedily arrived cab.
They were a great minicab service that I used a lot but they've recently changed their phone number to a premium rate number that charges you nearly 60p per minute! Total rip off and I won't be using them again.
It could be under new management but it's become very unreliable, booked a cab and no one turned up missed an appointment. Will NEVER use them again. It's jimmac or Urber if I can't drive.
